The firm is located in a modern industrial park 5 min. off the 101 freeway in Ventura, CA. Equipment in the free-standing 10,700 sq ft building include plastic thermoforming machines for both thin and thick gauge plastic thermoforming, hydraulic and roller presses for die trimming. Our 3 and 4-axis CNC milling machines are used for mold and fixture cutting. Precision part trimming is done in either one of the CNC mills or a large format 5 axis CNC router. The tooling shop includes manual milling machines, lathe, drill press, welders and various other equipment required to support precision mold and trim fixture fabrication.

An air-conditioned office area contains the CAD design facility, administrative and sales functions as well as a central server for all computer operations of the company. A separate assembly room houses silk screen equipment, hot foil stamping equipment, an ultrasonic welder, precision epoxy dispensing equipment, and a granite inspection plate with digital height gauges and calipers for dimensional quality control.
