Rubberman Rubber and Plastics Ltd was established in November 2003 and in this time we have built up an excellent reputation with our customers for our first class service and custom made rubber or foam products to our customers specifications.

We are able to make or supply foam and rubber in sheets or rolls with self adhesive backed or plain.

We can manufacture or supply rubber & foam washers, strips, gaskets, seals, extrusions and moldings to our customers specifications.

We also supply rubber matting in rolls or cut to our customers requirements.

Madan Electro manufactures electrical, electronics, and automotive plastic and rubber parts. In addition to these we are also involved in production of tools. We have injection moulding machines,semi machines, lathe machine, milling, surface grinding machines.

With staff who had enjoyed many years in the industrial rubber industry, Speltech was quickly established as a leading supplier of high-quality hand fabricated rubber seals. Later we added moulding and extruding to our product portfolio, enabling us to offer a wide range of sealing solutions to an ever-growing customer base. 

Understanding materials and their performance criteria has been key to Speltech’s success, with Speltex-40 becoming a benchmark for high quality in the toughest of industries and applications. 

Speltech are suppliers to many original equipment manufacturers in industries as diverse as road sweeping and shooting ranges, suction excavation, scrubber driers and transmission belts, finishing equipment and minerals processing as well as supporting other rubber companies with specialist seals and materials. 

Our Spelflex suction hoses have become a standard product for companies from North America to the Far East and many points between. Speltex – 40, high quality, abrasion resistant natural rubber in pink or black is favoured by many companies working in the harshest of environments. 

In recent years we have developed materials and products which offer the physical properties of natural rubber but with UV and ozone resistance built in, to offer a longer and more cost-effective working life.

The Company was established in 1980 in a small factory on the site of the old Burnaston Airfield in Derbyshire - with a view to manufacturing custom rubber mouldings to industry. It became incorporated in 1986 as SRM Mouldings Ltd. 

A move to a bigger factory followed in 1987. We became the first UK customer for Maplan injection moulding machines in 1988 as we moved into higher-volume injection moulding for an increasingly demanding customer base.

SRM purchased Topley & Fisher Ltd in 1990 to provide an engineering and toolmaking facility. We moved the existing staff and equipment into an adjacent unit to give a complete in-house engineering service.In 2008, we amalgamated these separate entities into the present company, SRM Industries Ltd. Continued growth over the last four decades has allowed us to support customers large and small. We work with domestic and international clients. The range of industries we serve is expansive and varied. 

We continue to invest and innovate, and have recently added two new Yizumi injection machines to further enhance our manufacturing capability.
