John Yates is also an active leader within the industry, having served as a three-term President of the Sheet Metal Contractors Association of Utah and as a longstanding Board Member since 1988. His contributions extend to multiple industry committees, including initiatives supporting a drug-free workplace, and he serves as a pension trustee for the trade. Neil Roberts, who has been with A-J Sheet Metal since 1985, is a journeyman sheet metal worker who completed a four-year apprenticeship and has extensive experience supervising complex and large-scale projects. He now plays a key role in estimating and project supervision.
