On January 3rd, 1973, Aero Rubber Corporation launched its bespoke rubber part production operation with two desks and 1,000 square feet of space. On a foundation of dedication, labor, excellent service & goods, and family values, the company's founder John Kasman, his business partner, and his wife Marilyn developed it from the ground up.
Soon after the establishment of the new business, Aero faced severe difficulties when a fire in the office destroyed all save two fire-resistant filing cabinets. Aero relocated to a bigger location in Alsip, Illinois, to continue on its successful journey. Aero expanded and grew during the next decades, moving to new premises in 2006, including an 82,000 square foot production complex in Tinley Park, Illinois.
