During her absence, the company was sold, leaving several long-time clients without access to critical products. Recognizing their dilemma, Adrienne stepped in to help—quietly fulfilling orders from home while her newborn slept. What began as a temporary favor quickly revealed a widespread market need. Drawing on more than a decade of experience managing premium offshore supply chains and delivering personalized customer service, Adrienne officially launched AJRWeb (now AJR Seals) in early 2003. Today, AJR Seals continues to grow and expand, bridging global sourcing with the responsive, one-on-one service that long-time industry partners rely on.
