Albion Machine & Tool was founded in 1927 by Herman C. Stoffer, and his son William R. Stoffer later joined the company. William K. Stoffer started working there in 1975 and was named president in 1980. Troy Mills became a member of the family in 2008 and reinforced AMTCO's desire to excel.
