The company's revenues quadrupled in Bill's first year as president of All Metals Fabricating, and it developed a reputation for dependability, exceptional performance, and top-notch customer service.  William "Billy" Thrailkill, Jr., Bill's son, joined him in May 1979 and currently serves as President.  Lance Thrailkill, the majority owner and CEO of All Metals Fabricating, is currently a third generation family member. All Metals Fabricating was established on a foundation of strong, shared values thanks to the leadership provided by these honest and hardworking individuals.
