We hereby declare that Uwe Arnold, who has spent more than 33 years in management, will voluntarily resign from the Board of Arnold AG on January 1, 2023. He then turns the reins over to board members Ingo Stemmer and Christoph Ebert.

By taking this action, Arnold AG completes a long-planned strategic generation shift.

By having Uwe Arnold serve as a member of the Supervisory Board starting in May 2023, the Arnold family, who currently own the majority of the business, will continue to support its growth.

We are grateful to Uwe Arnold for his outstanding, inspirational, and heartfelt commitment over the course of almost four decades, and we will continue to guide the growth of the business on his foundation.
