Former workers of the College Station, Texas-based Electronic Assembly Plant of Westinghouse/Northrop Grumman created ARQ Electronics Manufacturing Services, Inc. in July 1999.

The principal employees have experience in the following areas: high reliability printed circuit board assembly, wiring assembly, system integration/box build, quality assurance, information technology, sales, human resources and training, assembly and testing process development and management, and mechanical and electrical design and development.

ARQ Electronics specializes in pre-, manufacturing, and post-manufacturing services for electrical and electronic goods.
