One of our economy's newest and fastest-growing sectors is the plastics business. Only a small portion of our populace knew what plastics were fifty years ago. The fledgling industry presented its founders with a task comparable to that of the 1970s electronics revolution. A family rose to the occasion and established Blackwell Plastics, which provided a brand-new service that was previously unheard of south of Chicago: thermoplastic injection moulding.
