I started building and repairing bicycles at an early age. I was inspired to weld the machinery on our family farm by this curiosity. I also enjoyed giving garden tractors a makeover. I was really good at tech drawing, metalworking, and woodworking in high school.
I accepted an apprenticeship after high school where I gained experience working with a variety of metals and learning how to weld mig, tig, and arc. This experience helped me learn how to do repairs and how to become an expert at rebuilding commercial equipment. From conception to completion, we designed and produced stainless steel cleaning systems and tiny tumbling machines.
