Mr. JAGADEESH H N, who created the company, has more than 15 years of expertise in a variety of fields, including testing, PCB design, assembly, and has worked for both service-based and product-based businesses. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), Mysore, he also earned a Diploma in Electronics and Communication from Siddaganga Polytechnic, Tumkur.

He had positions with TVS Electronics, Sienna ECAD Technologies, Mahindra Satyam, Schneider Electric, and Teleindia Network Pvt Ltd, where he launched a PCB Design branch and served on deputations for numerous Indian and MNC businesses.

He contributed to numerous automobile and telecom product initiatives.
