Santiago Valero Soler started the company Caldyma SL in 1977. The business started operating to meet the market's demands for the creation, upkeep, and repair of industrial gear.

It was expanding within the industry and taking market share bit by little. New equipment was added to fulfil orders in response to the increase in demand, and staff numbers were also boosted.
