The business was established in 1977 as a chip removal machining facility under the direction of José Vega, a self-employed expert with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Since then, the company has expanded and strengthened its leading position in the general mechanisation and mechanical sector.

First investments in CNC were made in 1996, and in 1999 the company implemented its first quality management system based on the UNE/EN/ISO 9002:1994 standard. This system has recently been updated to conform to the new UNE/EN/ISO 9001:2008 and UNE-EN 9100-2010 standards, which has allowed it to perform export work for the demanding European industry and the aeronautical sector.
