Roger Lang and his brother Kermit Lang started Circuit Assembly over 50 years ago with one goal in mind – to manufacture connectors. The Lang brothers spent the next 10-15 years in the Irvine, CA area perfecting their craft and branching out into custom cable assemblies. As our company saw continued success throughout the 90s, we were able to grow our team here in Irvine as well as open our manufacturing plant in China in 1999. Having a team in China allowed us to take on more complex orders, as well as offer increased flexibility in pricing for our clients. Throughout all of our growth and development, the team at Circuit Assembly has never forgotten our family roots and this continues to extend to team members at all locations as well as to our customers. Most of our employees here in Irvine have been with us for a minimum of 7 years and all work with the same goal in mind – to treat our customers like family and work hard to create the best possible product for each of them.
