J.W. Cooper Joinery was established in 1984 by John Cooper, who set up shop in the West Sussex community of Rustington. His team and the business both continued to expand as word spread about his reputation for producing top-notch joinery. When John chose to retire in 2000, his son Phil came to work for him right out of school in 1986 as an apprentice and ultimately assumed full ownership of the company.

Many locals recall the Workshop in Rustington Village, however in 2009 the decision was made to relocate to larger facilities in Brookside Business Park in Rustington due to an increase in demand for their services. Phil is happy to work with a select group of skilled Tradesmen who are all
