Don Deibert and Jeff Jacobson founded Counterpart in 1995. In addition to Don Deibert and Jeff Jacobson, Tom Jacobson joined the team in 1996. Over the past 25 years, they have invested in our community, our employees, and our infrastructure. We began in a modest structure on the western edge of Brookings, South Dakota, and have now expanded into a fully integrated greenfield site with more than 80,000 square feet of space under one roof. Counterpart, Inc. has always held the belief that our customers need a partner that will encourage growth, enhance quality and consistency, lower costs through better design for manufacturing, and proactively shorten lead times. Our customers can benefit from the owners' 45+ years of combined manufacturing and engineering experience.
