Since 1979, Cronin Precision Engineering Ltd. (CPEL) has focused on producing precision engineered parts. The contemporary engineering facility, which is based in Derinacahara, Dunmanway in County Cork, shares a three-acre property with sibling business Cronin Commercial & Repair. Since Mike, Denis, Jim, and Pat Cronin handle both businesses as a family, there is a noticeable emphasis on the individual. The engineering department of the company is under the direction of Pat Cronin.
