The first PCB circuit production machines are installed in Fano as a result of the extensive experience the founder of CSM Circuits, Mr. Gilberto Giunta, had in the industrial electronics industry. The goal was to create samples and customised products as a result of this vast experience.

In the 1980s, manual component assembly was still used in the manufacture of circuits, which were still made with very large tracks and used to replace entire sections of electrical panels. Japanese companies that copied the technologies used by European and American businesses were the rivals during those years.
