Since 1983, Expert Rubber has been producing goods made of rubber. As of right now, our 5500 sq. ft. facility, 10 presses with platen sizes ranging from 15 x 15 to three enormous 30 x 30 platen presses (double daylight). Additionally, we have a 2" cold feed extruder for elastomer performance.

From the 2D drawings, solid works, or mastercam designs provided by our customers, we design and create prototype and production molds. In order to provide a prototype, production tooling, or samples for approval prior to production, we closely collaborate with our customers.
