FlatHED, Inc. is a group of creators, thinkers, and innovators that established its name by prioritizing customers. When FlatHED was founded in 1996, it began as a modest business that supported design teams and developed into a multidisciplinary industrial design consultancy. C-Tech Plastics, Designhaus, International Electronics, Motorola, Percon, RS Medical, Scott USA, and Ziba are just a few of the early clients. Notable initiatives include Percon, Inc.'s new Point-of-Purchase and AutoID product lines, which comprise handheld lasers and portable data terminals. FlatHED designed and manufactured a fully functional Pro/E variant of the Voltage motorcycle goggles for Scott USA. They then created a low-cost version called the Voltage X.
