As a side project to my day job as a mechanical engineer, I started the business Fleischmann Maschinenbau und Feinwerktechnik at the end of 2015.

I first studied "mechanical engineering and precision mechanic" after finishing high school, and I then spent three years as a skilled worker in a company that made special machines. After this fascinating period, I made the decision to finish my mechanical engineering degree by catching up on the subject-related university entry qualification on the second educational path.

I've been employed as a mechanical engineer since graduating. But what actually inspired me to start the business was my love for the shop and the craft.
