Located in Russia, Ohio, Francis Manufacturing Company is a family-run aluminum sand foundry (approximately 40 miles north of Dayton). Thomas V. Francis founded our company in 1946, and we now make castings for a huge variety of clients and sectors all over the US. We are equipped to make castings that range in weight from a few hundred pounds to ounce-sized fragments.

A range of aluminum alloys are poured at the 165,000 square foot contemporary foundry facility to meet customer needs. We can cast extremely small order numbers up to big production runs of thousands of castings per week with our workforce of about 150 nonunion workers.
