General Foundry Service produced flasks, jackets, and bottomboards for other foundries to use in the creation of sand molds, and it had about a dozen patented designs. In just seven years, General Foundry Service transformed into a jobbing foundry that led the sector thanks to its in-house pattern shop, cutting-edge engineering methods, and sand casting design skills.
