Joanne Boorsma, Sid's daughter, founded Grommets Ltd. 2008 saw Managing Director. In order to continue the company's success into the third generation, Joanne gave important positions to her daughters Charlotte Lane, Becky Knight, and stepson Josh Boorsma. By enabling her grandchildren to experience the business, Joanne has already planted the seeds for the fourth generation.
