Our business was established in 1992, amid the height of Estonia's current economic adjustment and privatization process. We had to identify the benefits of the environment in which we conducted business. Based on their advanced production abilities and experience, management determined that starting a subcontracting business would be the best use of Hanval's resources. The manufacturing of agricultural machinery, hydraulics, and metalworks appeared to have the highest comparative advantage in Estonia's machining industry during the privatization process. Hanval decided to go the CNC machining route.

When a long-term deal with a Parker Group company was struck in 1994, Hanval Metall's economic activities dramatically rose.

The company had to expand due to the first growth's rapidity.
