Haulette was first established in 1956 as a producer of trailers and hitches. These days, the company is more focused on providing its clients with specialized, superior products, exceptional customer service, and on-time delivery. Nearly a century of experience in the metal fabrication business is brought to the table by the owners, Eric Nieberding, Patrick Nieberding, and Steve Braun.

Originally established as Schuck Manufacturing Inc. in 1956, the business provided metal fabrication services and manufactured trailer hitches for the Celina region. After acquiring the Haulette trailer segment in 1990, the business renamed itself as Haulette Manufacturing Inc. in 1993. In March 2000, the business obtained Ford Q1 accreditation and obtained ISO 9001:1994 certification.
