Pandelis Kiroglou established the business in 1952 in a 60 square metre space in the heart of Piraeus. Baby carriage electroplating was the company's primary business at the time. The company relocated its operations in 1976, taking 350 square metres of more premises in Piraeus. With the help of Giannis Toutountzis, the business later underwent a familial transition. Giannis and Xristos Toutountzis, nephews of Pandelis, would take over and expand the company by the end of 1986. The two brothers' primary objective was to completely meet their customers' needs with the high calibre services they offered. The business relocated once more to better, larger buildings in Magoula Attikis in 1998.
