A family has owned HollyFab for more than 30 years. After taking over the company from his father in 2005, James "JC" Canterbury renamed it HollyFab in honor of his mother Holly. The company had previously been known as Holly Enterprises. 

Longtime staff members Eric and Stephen acquired the business in 2016 and are still employed by its current stellar fabrication team at the Addison, Texas, location.
