Howard Tool

Marty Arsenault created the Howard Tool Company in May 1985. The company wanted to supply local companies with the best possible parts. When we first started, we had a few outdated machines doing machine work for many of the nearby shoe makers.

As time went on, Howard Tool expanded and changed in a manner similar to that of other little machine businesses. We increased the size of our workforce and added new equipment. We started getting project orders from all around New England and beyond as a result of the growing recognition of our reputation for producing high-quality precision machined parts. As international manufacturing increased and many local shoe manufacturing businesses were shut down, our customer base was expanding.
