CNC Fixed Head Facility: OUR HISTORY

We can machine all the features of a turned component, including any milling, in a single, cost-effective operation thanks to the majority of our machines' high performance multi-axis with powered milling tooling.  Additionally, we can make components with larger diameters up to 250mm thanks to our fixed head lathes.  We can greatly reduce our cycle times, which lowers costs and shortens lead times for our clients, thanks to ongoing investment in the newest machine tools.  You can rely on us to create mission-critical components for the most demanding industrial applications because of the quality, precision work, and production methods that have earned us ISO 9001 certification.
