In 1989, Jesse Garza Sr. founded J-Tec Metal Products inside a modest, rented building in Mt. Prospect, Illinois. He started with a simple but powerful mission: build exceptional metal components and always exceed customer expectations. As J-Tec’s reputation for quality grew, so did our footprint. By 1992, Jesse expanded operations into a 10,000-square-foot facility in Elk Grove Village, allowing the company to invest in advanced machinery and cultivate deeper partner relationships. Ten years later, in 2002, our continuous growth led us to our current 26,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Itasca, Illinois. Today, this expansive facility provides the ideal footprint for our advanced machinery and a highly efficient production floor—ensuring that the foundational J-Tec tradition of quality and customer satisfaction remains alive in every part we make.
