Tom Jennison founded his business in 1983 with a lofty goal and a well-defined purpose: to offer the global tool and die industry the highest quality goods at the best prices while preserving the "small family business" ethos. The goal was achieved. Mr. Jennison's father instilled in him the value of conducting business with honesty, confidence, respect, and pride while he was growing up in the 1950s around the original family tool and die firm on Pittsburgh's historic South Side. 

The Jennison Manufacturing Group, which consists of two businesses (Jennison Corporation and Jennison Quality Components, Inc.) and is based in Carnegie, Pennsylvania (10 minutes south of downtown Pittsburgh), has lifted the bar for the manufacturing sector as a whole.
