With deep roots in the mining, logging, and foundry industries, and more than 80 years of combined experience, the foundation of JML Fabrication reflects a strong legacy in the metal trades. It was a natural progression for owners Jim and Margo Lackore to unite their expertise and passion to build a company dedicated to quality fabrication. Bringing over 75 years of combined experience in manufacturing, welding, and fabrication, Jim and Margo have developed their skills through years of hands-on work and leadership within the industry. Establishing JML Fabrication marked a significant step in pursuing their shared vision of delivering high-quality craftsmanship as a team. The leadership team was further strengthened with the addition of their daughter, Nichole, who contributes over 18 years of experience in welding and fabrication. Together, they form a dedicated management team committed to excellence, continuity, and a family-driven approach to business.
