JTV Manufacturing, Inc. started up shop in the Iowan hamlet of Sutherland in July of 1999, and the locals there were very welcoming. Before agreeing to start JTV and combine their knowledge, strong work ethic, and high standards, the men who founded the company had worked closely together for a number of years.
