Incorporated in 1985 as a joint business, Kedar Enterprises.

At its facilities in Nasik at F-25 M.I.D.C. Ambad & E-45 M.I.D.C. Ambad, the business produces aluminium castings. The business meets the needs of numerous organisations across a broad range of industries in India. These consist of Moulds/Dies, Electrical & Industrial Machinery, Vacuum Pumps, and Compressor Valves. Information about it are provided in the Annexure. M/s. Key Industries, the sister business, has facilities for producing Copper Alloy Castings and Heat Treating Aluminum Alloy Castings. Moreover, they have a little machine factory.

Both of the aforementioned businesses have obtained an ISO certificate from Geotek Global Certification Pvt. Ltd. and are implementing quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001-2015.
