In 1977, Marcel Peeters established a second-tier one-man operation in Kontich.

Construction of a prototype machine was the main activity.

Due to growing success in countries as far afield as Spain, France, Argentina, and the US, a firm called "Constructie Werkhuizen Peeters-Stessens" was established.

He worked as a machine designer for AGFA-GEVAERT in Mortsel until he retired in 1994.
