This Purchase Order serves as an offer by Buyer, which Seller solely accepts in accordance with the terms stated here and on the face of the Purchase Order upon the earlier of Seller's (i) signing and returning the acknowledgment copy hereof, (ii) starting the effort, or (iii) delivering the articles or providing the services required herein in whole or in part, or (iii) failure to object to the terms stated here and on the face of the Purchase Order. All past agreements are superseded by this Purchase Order, which is a complete and exclusive explanation of terms.
