The foundation for MIC-ALL was established years earlier when Leslie Little, while completing his education at Texas State Technical School in 1989, set a personal goal of one day owning and operating his own machine shop. Through dedication, hard work, and decades of industry experience, that vision became a reality. Prior to founding MIC-ALL Machining, Leslie gained extensive hands-on experience working in multiple manufacturing facilities throughout Brenham, Texas. Over the course of his career, he developed expertise operating a wide range of manual and CNC machinery, including vertical turning lathes (VTLs), horizontal boring mills, vertical machining centers (VMCs), lathes, and EDM equipment. His experience spans numerous industries and applications, including agricultural equipment repair, injection mold manufacturing, food processing equipment, and oil and gas components. As his career progressed, Leslie became increasingly focused on the challenges and precision required for complex, close-tolerance machining projects. This passion for quality craftsmanship and technical excellence became the driving force behind the creation of MIC-ALL Machining.
