Monarch Metal, a family-run business that was founded in 2007, saw a demand in the industry for premium metal fabrication services.

With four initial founders, we began small in a 5000 square foot building. The recession made things difficult, but for a tiny business, there was only one direction to go: up. We soon outgrew the tiny warehouse and relocated to a 30,000 square foot building in less than a year. Everything was reinvested in the business over the following six years in order to expand our capabilities and equipment.

We improved and documented our procedures, earning ISO 9001 certification in 2012. We relocated to a new facility in 2014, and we currently employ over 60 people in 90,000 square feet. It's been quite the experience.
