The NMTL facility, operated by Nigeria Machine Tools Limited, is situated on a 110 acre industrial complex in Osogbo, the state capital of Osun, in South West Nigeria (approximately 300 kilometers northeast of Lagos). The complex includes a foundry with separate pattern and casting shops, four assembly and heavy machine shops, three light machine shops, and a dedicated training center. For the employees of the Company, there is also a residential housing estate.
