In 2019, Bob and Paul Williford established Paragon Precision Metal LLC, but not before receiving assistance from their friends, family, coworkers, clients, and the neighbourhood. With this assistance, their company has organically expanded into a prosperous "emerging" business that offers high-quality, specialised sheet metal production for a variety of industries. 

Paul was a highly skilled laser application engineer and trainer for Amada America, and Bob was a manager of quality at the American multinational pharmaceutical corporation Pfizer Inc. Together, they founded their company out of a shared desire to invest in the future of their families and strike the correct balance between work and life so that they could also provide this for their staff. 

Paragon Precision Metal LLC received a commendation in June 2022.
