Four industrial designers who were all classmates and graduates of the Oslo School of Architecture created the Norwegian design firm Permafrost. On January 1st, 2000, Andreas Murray, Eivind Halseth, Oskar Johansen, and Tore Vinje Brustad launched Permafrost while completing their degrees from design schools. Permafrost has worked with customers from all around the world for more than 20 years through conceptual and creative design. Since 2001, Permafrost has participated in international design exhibitions, such as Designers Block in London, Salone Satellite in Milan, Green House in Stockholm, ICFF in New York, 100% Norway in London, 100% Norway in Stockholm, and 100% Design in Tokyo.
