The company’s reputation was built around creativity and the ability to build or repair what customers needed, a legacy carried forward by Leo Pesznecker and later by his successors who expanded manufacturing—especially motorcycle sprockets sold across North America and Europe. After growth efforts culminating in a major move in 1939 to southeast Portland and an expansion in 1971 to a large corporate facility in Clackamas, the business continues nearly nine decades later, and in 2013 it further broadened its capabilities by opening the High Desert Division in Harper, Oregon with advanced CNC and waterjet fabrication resources serving regional customers.
