With a supplementary product line of metal stampings, Promark Tool and Manufacturing was founded in 1971 as a tool and die making business. Within the first few years, the demand for high-quality metal stampings shifted our attention to offering medium to large-scale metal stamping and straightforward mechanical assembly production runs.
IBM, Xerox, NCR, and Canadian General Electric were among our principal clients at the time. We focused on developing a name for quality in tooling and production parts during the 1970s, expanding our capabilities to embrace a variety of various materials and assembly levels. Since the beginning of the 1980s, we have expanded the range of companies we do business with to include tech giants like Northern Telecom, Siecor Corporation (now Corning Cable Systems), Psion Teklogix, and SGI.
