We were formerly a part of Novel Ways Ltd, an electronics company active since 1995. Graham Lynch made the decision in 2018 to focus on his agricultural products and divest the company's electronic product research and manufacturing operations. The two senior engineers at Novel Ways at the time, Brad Davison and Steven Wharepapa, seized the chance to take over this area and established Pure Electronics Ltd.

We relocated to a new location in the Central Precinct of Titanium Park at Hamilton Airport in March 2021. The primary airport terminal is right nearby.
