Steve Pope founded the company in 2003. Steve was born in Kansas City and works as an industrial designer. He founded R2FACT, an on-demand research and development company, to help small and medium-sized enterprises as well as start-ups. Over the years, R2FACT has developed hundreds of successful product innovations and hundreds of proof of concept prototypes with the help of several staff members. Steve, who is still the owner, has 25 years of experience in design, product management, and business management. Senior engineer Anatoly Grushansky and designers Leonard Thompson, Scott Wayland, and Tom Gilland were essential to R2FACT's previous success.
