Greg Bedsaul, John Dyer, and Richard Sechrist established Reynolda Manufacturing Solutions (RMS) in 1994 as Component Manufacturing and Machine (CM&M). The textile and fibre industries were the initial focus. Strong client satisfaction was CM&M's primary priority, which was achieved through quick response times, excellent work, and reasonable costs.

Reynolda Cutting Tools, Inc. (RCT), a producer of specialised metal cutting tools, was purchased by CM&M in 2002. RCT had a nationwide clientele and was based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on Reynolda Road. Reynolda Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. was given to the united company once RCT relocated to our East Bend, North Carolina headquarters.

General Machine & Welding, Inc. (GMW), a precision machine business in Burlington, North Carolina, was purchased by RMS in 2008. GMW, which continues to be based in Burlington, focuses on medium-sized production runs.
