Rigid CNC is a small, veteran-owned and operated CNC machining and computer-aided design company based in the Pacific Northwest. We specialize in CNC milling, 3D product design, and modeling, while also providing expert consultation during the product development phase to ensure designs align seamlessly with existing manufacturing processes. The company was founded by William, whose background includes service in the United States Marine Corps Infantry as a Rifleman and Joint Fires Observer with 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines, Weapons Company in Twentynine Palms, California. In this role, he developed a strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and a deep sense of accountability while coordinating artillery and mortar operations. Prior to transitioning from military service, William discovered CNC manufacturing and its critical role in modern production. He went on to train at Workshops for Warriors, a nationally accredited manufacturing school in San Diego, California, where he graduated at the top of his class. He then gained hands-on experience as a CNC machinist and programmer, laying the foundation for what would become Rigid CNC.
