Robots5 LLC was established in 2020 and creates the Electro-Mechanical Breadboard system (EMB) for practical prototyping, instruction, and research. 

Engineering consultancy services are another service that Robots5 does in addition to developing the EMB. 

Felipe oversaw the mechanical engineering development of many robotic systems at Bossa Nova Robotics in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and at Vecna Robotics in Boston, Massachusetts, prior to founding Robots5.

He has more than ten years of experience working as an engineer for robotics companies.

Felipe Depine graduated with a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, in the United States, with a concentration on dynamic systems and controls.
